Why would God allow the Antichrist to operate in the manner that the Bible describes?
God wants to purify the Church that is blameless and spotless when He returns. It will also provide the optimal setting for us as His bride to flex our spiritual muscles. God wants us to become overcomers in Christ. God also uses and allows persecution to perfect our love for Him.
It also allows to usher in the greatest gathering of souls. Light will always shine the brightest.
It will also allow ti bring in the fullness of Israel's salvation. He also wants to make sure we are not offended by God
Chapter 8:
#2 Why does Satan enjoy such a prominent role in God’s end time plan?
Throughout the Bible we see God’s plan to draw every human being to Him. He longs to join with us, to be like minded and to restore the times of old in the garden at creation. As evil entered the world at that time, satan longs to destroy every Christian and Jew. He longs to destroy all that are made in the image of God. While this was his initial plan, he ultimately wants to destroy the entire human race. He lerks around this very day trying to tempt and prey anyone that he can diseeve. Satan wants to munipulate for his own benefits. He uses demonic imfluences to control all places of our hearts and minds. We must not let any spaces become an open door for darkness or evil to slip in.
It is a daily war to battle Satan and all of his craftiness. As God knows the end plan and how it unfolds, we strive to seek God and strengthen our relationship to fullness of His mercy and grace. The battle between good and evil will continue until the second comming, when God is triumphant and victorious over Satan and all of his chosen workers. Satan enjoys all the hurt, pain, bloodshed and battles that happen everyday. In the end times it will be no different, he will love to see all the destruction and fallen people. He will love to think that he has all the power and control. This isn’t the case at all, God wins..It’s in the final chapter!
7. Is the subject of the Antichrist necessary for Christians to understand? Why or why not?
I believe that the subject of the Antichrist is necessary for Christians to understand. We need to be able to see the signs of the change in world dynamics and the "false peace". The world is taking a shift to more and more sinful nature as being acceptable, making the way for Satan's plans to gain more followers. The Antichrist comes in and unifies nations under what will seem like a world peace with these sinful ideals, making it so anything of Christian or Jewish ideals will be seen as disobedience in the world view. We need to be wary.
Why is it necessary? While there will be one man that Satan uses for his purposes at the end of the age, there were "many antichrists" who have been and will be before him. These men were able to place themselves into points of power and authority through means of distraction and charisma. All this to say, there are some who think such a person cannot exist. The Antichrist is a real man that will be used by Satan to bring about the unfolding of what is ultimately God's plan.
#3 How is Satan working now within human hearts, and within society and culture to prepare for the fullness of his plans?
First of all, Jesus was committed to the Father’s way: through meekness, pain and enduring hardship. Satan‘s temptation was to offer Jesus an easy, shortcut path to rule the world without the pain of the cross. I believe he uses that same deceptive lie to entice Christians to take the easy way to Christian living…without any suffering.
He has convinced a number of people that prosperity and blessings will come if you just pray and believe. This leaves out obedience and Holy Spirit refinement…the cross. Men’s hearts have continued in self-exaltation, self-sufficiency and self-promotion leaving sanctification up to self and one’s own will power leaving out the Holy Spirit.
Added to this is our love for earthly things, pleasures, and rewards more than godly things. Both God and Satan are working to draw people to themselves. Both are looking for loyal followers. Satan uses deception because he hates humankind. He entices us to follow our lusts and desires apart from God. “His plan depends entirely on mankind’s cooperation with his agenda, it is people who will empower the Antichrist to rule, not Satan”. Our society is well on their way to preparing for the fullness of Satan’s plan.
4. How concerned should Christians be about the plans and strategies of the enemy? What should Christians be doing about these plans?
I don’t believe that Christians need to be concerned about the enemy’s plans because God’s plans include the ultimate victory over Satan. Satan has evil intentions for every Christian and Jew. But we can trust in God, and if we encounter hardship that's part of being a Christian. We have the opportunity to see how the end will come to pass in the end-time prophecies. While we shouldn’t worry, we can be prepared by learning about his strategy. We can use this knowledge in spiritual warfare. We also can learn what God’s plans for the end times are and can partner with Him.
As Christians, our attention should be on God, but that doesn’t mean we should ignore the existence of Satan and the demons. They are real and active. But so is God and He is incomparably more powerful. Christians should spend their time with God, worshiping, praying to, listening to, and obeying Him. And as we partner with Him in spiritual warfare we can deal with Satan wisely.
